The Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust (LAAT). LAAT is a multi-academy trust formed by the Diocese of Lincoln. We are a growing and thriving family of schools who are dedicated to providing an excellent education for pupils across Lincolnshire. We place a strong emphasis on continued development. The relationship with the Trust brings great strength to all schools and enhances CPD opportunities for all staff.

We firmly believe that every individual associated with both schools belongs to our whole school family; this family has the Christian Values of trust, mutual respect and honesty at its core and these form the foundations of everything we do. All who enter our school family have the right to be valued and treated with care and respect.

At all our schools we are dedicated to working in partnership with all pupils, parents, staff, governors and the wider community. We work together to provide an environment that encourages respect, tolerance and consideration of others, whilst helping everyone to build a positive self-image. We promote high expectations, maximum achievement and a lifelong love of learning.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced teacher to provide small group support to SEN and dis-advantaged children who are not making the required progress despite quality first teaching and targeted wave 2 and wave 3 interventions. You will operate with small groups of pupils directly under the direction of the SENDCO and Head of School. The post holder will be responsible for teaching at both St Peter’s, Cleethorpes and Ulceby St Nicholas.

Applications are welcomed from candidates who can demonstrate that they:

•         Have high aspirations for and high expectations of children.

•         Are an excellent and enthusiastic classroom practitioner.

•         Have a strong work ethic and a willingness to strive for the best in achieving an outstanding setting.

•         Have a positive attitude and can actively contribute to the development of a dedicated and professional staff team.

•         Share the schools aims and Christian values.

•         Have a caring and positive attitude.

•         Have Key Stage One and Key Stage Two experience and can demonstrate the impact of this.

In return we can offer you the opportunity to be part of our happy, successful, and ambitious Trust. We have an excellent team, a strong supportive network for our site staff and professional development and training opportunities.

Visits to our schools are strongly encouraged.  Please contact Mrs Emma Fairhall, Business and Operations Partner on 01472 691964 or 01469 588219 if you’d like to arrange a visit or for further information.
